Exchange Policy

Due to the 'madeto order' nature of Gemma Wightman Ceramics we regrettably cannot issue refunds, however we are happy to exchange instead.

Exchange:

If you should find an item/s unsuitable, we will be happy to exchange it for an item/s of the same value, provided it is returned within 7 days in perfect condition at the cost of the purchaser. Please carefully re-package the item/s and return using a recorded and insured delivery service.

Unfortunately commissioned one of pieces cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges for damaged goods:

If any item/s arrive damaged please notify us straight away. Please repackage up the piece/s carefully and return within 7 days using a recorded delivery service.

How to Return Goods for Exchange:

Repack the piece/s back in the parcel, include a note with details of the product you are sending back.

It is essential that you use a recorded delivery service as Gemma Wightman Ceramics cannot accept responsibility for goods that are damaged or lost in return transit.

Pieces bought as gifts can only be exchanged and issued to the purchaser.
